Scoutinglist is a good Idea as it is, but how about if you pay for a Scout and he show you three players around 18-20 with 6-4 Stars and you could choose to buy them? Wouldn't that be a better way of scouting if you can only send a scout maybe something like 4 Times a Season and he always come with an offer of three players? The Scout could cost 100 Token the players cost only money.
