I buy my players off the Transfer Market, and I buy my Youths from the Academy if they are 18T or more, and a role I want to replace. Basically, I only buy the faster trainers. Keough was the most expensive player I have ever seen on my Market when I got him, he was a few points from his sixth star. I used to Power Train like crazy, but I have an older team now so only the younger guys get the extra training now.
