Hey khris my favorite formation is 4-3-3 too . Can you give me some advice about the settings i always go with normal or attack if my opponents too weak. Long/mixed passing , counter and offside trap always on focus mixed too. Your team is just amazing , you're inspired me alot bro. Keep up the good work.

Well I still doing publicity of the 4-3-3 but I really use the 4-3-1-2 now, 4-3-3 was when I started, maybe 10 seasons or so.
As the scenario of a match can be very different, despite that the other team can have better or lower Quality, I always use the same "formation base", and orders by default, then, if I don't have the control during the match, I do changes.
Changes can be mixed passing/attacking to long passing/very defensive, simple changes of positions like ST left to the right and viceversa., substitutions are important when players don't appear or they fail a lot during 50'.
I always try to do a work of testing with the players, and when season start I always select only a man for corners and another for the fouls, last2 seasons I've seen that Nedved was the best picking fouls and I've won many games thank's to this player.
If you've followed me you know I don't play with counters, just "maybe" I change the 4-3-1-2, and if I need aman indefense, like in the last CL final I change the MC as DMC, than, I change to 4-3-3 in punctual cases.
During a match a manager can prove/test changes just for 10 minutes of match aprox. and usually one can see how the possession bar changes in favour or against, so work beafore a match and during the match is what makes the differance.
I always play with counter + offside active + 2 blue arrows in the DC's and 8 red arrows, just for example when I moved the MC as DMC I played with 3 blues.
And... that a little bit of all lol

After the 0-5 in Champions League, the 2nd leg that will be played in our stadium will be simply a party for our fans...
Tonight I played a League match against the last and I used the usuall 11 just, with Nieveld as GK + Gomes Lima as ST...
...and the planets were aligned during the match.... because I faced the 14th.... and we won 14-0.... we scored in the 14' Nedved (Hasselbaink assist.)..... and then in the 41' innverse... Hasselbaink from Nedved assistance... in a minute with x2 yellows + foul + penalty + goal....
Thats the Q.G., players in harmony with the universe... LOL
Too now I have 14 victories 2 draws and 14 defeats......lol let me check for more 14's.... I'm... scared....

aha... Hasselbaink scored x3 and x4 assistances, now he have 17 goals, so before match he had 14 goals
in the case of Nedved scored x3 and x2 assist and have 13 goals...
with whis victory I have 14 points..... :'D
is the first match with all MC's and ST's with a 10 rating... 10 x6... never seen 6 before lol

I go for a DC-MC-ST with age 18-19-19 that I saw now when Nordgens were added. all have 118Q.
I have 7 defenders but 2 will be retired + 1 that I will sell because is a bad potatoe.... so I need at least 2 new defenders...
They are Morocan, Scotish and Portuguese. Probably as I have Morocan defender I will change name...

After buy the 3 players I rememebered a phrase that I say for Christmas and ma birthday, and is;
"Don't buy me things, better gimme the money and I will buy for you." LOL
Here with the players is the same, I buy, and if don' like, at least I can return these for money and buy another ...thing... lol

As the MC is called Dean Adams, and is from Scotland, I will consideer that as a signal, and after seasons with the idea to have David Beckham in my team, this player, from Scotland (sam big island where is London, where was born David) and that is called Dean, so name starts for D, and the surname is Adams, that was the surname as single lady of who we know as Victoria Beckham (Victoria Adams when spice girl and before) have enough signals to be the chosen to bring the number 7.
