Unfortunately both sides are running out of steam a bit - Fatigue is setting in and Morale is falling. Regretably too, their Managers can usually rely on Kits for videos on a Sunday but nothing popped until half-way through the day. Nevertheless.........

Celtic Rangers CL ambitions were stopped by the Buffs FC in the QF and today they suffered a setback in the Cup QF losing 4-0 away. Looks like CR will ditch the 4-4-2 counterattacking borrowed from the Shangalang playbook and perhaps try a 4-3W-3....nothing to lose. In the league its been an intense period with CR chasing down the team in 4th spot. A win against the leader 2 matches ago gave great hope but a draw against 2nd place team today let things slip. The top 4 teams are probably sick of CR but they should be grateful, without CR pinching draws and the occassional win from them it'd be boring.

Shangalang FC have stuck to the counterattacking experiment - still favouring 4-4-2 but the occasional change to 3-5-2 has been necessary due to suspensions and injuries. In the league Shangalang lie in 3rd 4 pts off the leader (+8Q) and 3 behind 2nd (+10Q). The loss 2-1 loss to 2nd place team today was damaging. In the corresponding draw in week 8 the opposition had put a 4-1-3-2 against Shangalang's C-A 3-5-2 and failed but today the matched up to our C-A 4-4-2 with a 4-4-2 and quality edged it. However Shangalang are still in the Cup albeit after a 0-0 draw so there might be an investment in a Striker just for the second leg as they have not bought a single player this season and currently have a 7m war chest. O.o

So the Season record in all competitions for Shangalang now stands at 22/8/7.
