Season 7 Level 7 Mid Season Summary

League

An easy league this season. 2nd best team is 4 star and none are active.



CL

For the first time, my CL is tougher than my cup. I am usually able play my reserves confidently for the 1st knockout round but i will be playing my first team later. The 2nd best team in the competition is currently 87.6 and i am likely to face him in the finals if we both make it. Quite a number of active managers this time round as well. Hope for the best!



Cup

Best surviving team is a 76 percent player but is no pushover. He has some players with whites in the region of 180s so his rating is rather deceptive. It will be my first time playing such a high white attacking team and it should be in the finals if all goes well. The 2nd best rated at 86 percent has already been eliminated by him when he was 74 percent so i know what he is capable of. He has a slightly stronger attack in terms of whites while my team has a much stronger overall rating due to my midfield and defense. My whites are in the 140s to 180s range for attack so it should be a good fight.



Special Sponsor Event

A very different event was implemented and despite some frustration, i did enjoy myself. It required proper planning and some research as i ran through FB groups for posts to help me make intelligent decisions. My mistake was completing certain tasks a little too early. While it all went well, it could have worked against me if there were more overlapping tasks at the end. Mental note to be patient next time if it involves spending and the tasks do not expire.



Record

It looks good only because my CL group was easy and the 2nd best team in my group lost on purpose to go for SL. It should be tougher for the final stretch but my team will be trying for a perfect 51 win season. It’s been quite awhile since i last managed that feat.
