Hmmm, change his nationality from Thai to Spanish or Angentine. Methinks that Thai player is not accustomed to the harsh play of your league and you need him to change his mentality by changing his nationality.

whatever you do, dont make him French...he will go down even more in ratings as an even more lazy player.
