They will automatically heal in 3 hours but I believe that is not enough, I definitely say that green packs is needed. And one warning to you, DO NOT POWER TRAIN YOUR PLAYER IF YOU HAVE A MATCH WITHIN LESS THAN 5 HOURS UNLESS YOU HAVE ENOUGH GREEN PACKS TO DEAL WITH!!!

training or power training both will reduce condition of the players so dont do any training when you have match with in 5 hours ...

if you don't have enough, play friendly match, you can have 4 green for 1 hours. but be careful about injured
fill your match team with player 0 condition. they will not lose condition
