They are clearly saying that NOT telling us about how formation and tactics work is important for the game. "Important" meaning, it would improve people experience of the game in the long run.
The fact we don't know most things, makes the game unpredictable, right ? (and also very annoying often, agreed)

And so if it's supposed to improve our experience of the game, then ultimately it's supposed to be "fun". That's really how I got there. Hope it's clearer, : )

And I do believe this doesn't only apply to formation and tactics... if the question was "Can the developers release a clear explanation of all aspects of ratings ?"

Their answer would have been exactly the same.
At the end of the day, formations and tactics get put in a different category of instructions than the rest of the game. I can understand they cant give answers as to formations and tactics as they should vary based on your opponent, but the rest of the game, such as morale and ratings, injuries etc, dont have much to do with opponents and more to do with managerial and troll engine decisions. That is how I divide them. So I would still say what they mention is not relevent to this particular topic.

Regardless of their intention, it is clear to me that they dont give a **** about giving out any information on this game. And when they do, its **** we already know. Look at the article they put out a while ago about Special Abilities. They have not given us ANY new information about this game that will improve gameplay. I dont know what their reasons for this are, but I can only speculate that they dont really care -----> look at my quote from their own "ask the devs" where they say waiting for approval is not the appropriate way to fix this issue - it is clear from that quote that they have only one thing on their minds = profit. We all know why they like friendlies: injuries and work out players = red and green boosters respectively.

And I remember reading somewhere that they are thinking of making friendlies where your players dont actually get injured, lose condition, or gain skill. If that is their "plan A" solution to this issue, I am all for it. I could give a **** if 35 people forced unwanted friendlies on me if it meant f!@k-all in terms of injuries and condition. Go ahead, friendly with me until you are sick with silliness, but only if that is their solution. Otherwise the ONLY other solution to this issue is to allow a manager to deny an incoming friendly BEFORE it is played.

I disagree completely. They would have come up with some lame excuse that its too complicated for our mortal minds to even imagine.
I agree with their explanation that formation and tactics are all depending on your opponent, but what I dont like about it is that they dont ever explain ORDERS. I believe a forum member came up with the tutorial on orders. If someone has the official word on ORDERS from Nordeus, then please post here. If they were to explain them, formally, then we would be able to play this game properly and not have to guess what they mean. Most of them are obvious, but we dont know the real difference between attacking and hard attacking - does it put everyone forward a notch, including the GK on corners? What exactly does it do? I dont want a forum member telling me what they do, I want a Dev or management to tell me. I would love an official instruction manual, published by Nordeus. Do you know how many questions would be answered, how many posts would disappear?

anyways, I just get carried away because of the condescending attitude shown by Nordeus towards their "customers".
