    Never filled out an offer and cancelled, only do the vids and offers for the car draws and such, nothing i had to continue after recieving tokens

    If that's the case I would contact Nordeus and ask for a detailed explanation? I don't see how they could take tokens back after you have already received tokens. Every video you watch or survey you fill out is auto checked and if you didn't complete it properly you wouldn't have received tokens I'm the first place. Again I would contact Nordeus support.
