how come u have 4 star and average quality of 42!!
when he has 45 quality his player`s will be 5*, every 15 skill point a player get 1 rating and every 75 skill is a star and the rating go up in 5 for star, ie player that 21 rated needs 60 skill to get to 25 and next star
