    Hello folks,

    Thank you all for the suggestions and explaining how and why not being able to log in has affected your team (in this and other threads). We'll be reviewing it all and will try to come to a more permanent course of action for these scenarios.

    While I know this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, there's a lot to consider with each solution. Giving game-wide items would certainly give everyone a boost, but on the other hand, it doesn't do much for those who have lost a match due to technical difficulties. On the other hand, putting the game world on hold has its own onslaught of issues.

    To put it simply, we are considering everything you have suggested and weighing the pros and cons of each. It's all very delicate business, so please be patient. If you have been suffering any technical issues since logging back in, please contact Support.

    For now, keep posting suggestion and ideas.

    Thank you for looking at the suggestions, the complaints and trying to find the best way to a remedial in the future. You are right, there is not one way of replacing what was lost during that day ( some will still be angry anyway and some will be please of getting freebies when they did not suffer of the problem....... it's in your hand and do what you think is the most fair...if there is any). to be honest I was very angry with the multiple injuries end of last season and beginning of this one but now thing have settle down and maybe it's also this part of unpredictable that make the game interesting as long as it 's not permanent.

    I think you should not wait. If login problem is solved complately you should simply give all players some packs, but be genarous this time. You cannot be totally fair among all players. yes some players got advantage and some disadvantage. But it is not your business to balance between players, even if so, you cannot. There are only 2 parties in this game, one is nordeous and the other is all players. And the problem is very simple: logging problem that is under responsibility of nordeous. So, for what you are waiting? Do you think you can be fair to all players? Then, just give tokens to all players, at least 25, so that everyone use them according to their needs. this would be fair but I am sure you will not.
    For thoso who would say "everything will be the same", it is not true. Nordeous will give us (the players), and that is important.

    Players can complain about the issue and its normal but tec. guys might annonc. the problem and how long its takes.At the end there are many players paying for game and they have rights to wait better service.
    hope u gona fix it asap.

    no restart, compenstation well would be nice, but not highly needed. If anything, i prefer compenstion for the packs i used to heal my injured players, had 2 of em. spend 24 packs to cure the injuries.

    This is rediculous! Shame on you top 11, shame on you!! Many hours a technical issue, many players couldnt log in, And the few where the big winners, by winning there matches And buy players with a unfair prices And having advantage with this situation! And beside off this you delete post on the facebook wall, MOD's doesn't replay on friendly PM's you send And you guys put the form offline! That's not custumor friendly at all! You had the put the whole game offline And not that 1 part could play And the other part couldnt played it at all. This is not proffessional, And the many many custumors who play this game a minimal the right for a excuses. What happens here is agains the custumors rights....

    im sure they'll come up with a good compensation for it happening, think i was lucky cos my games were early in the morning around 1am (Australia time...) so missed out on all the fun...

    compensation should be received though for all players in lost rest etc but more so for players who had games occuring at the time of the server loss and if they incurred injuries...
