The only conclusion I can come to is that he doesn't know the answers.

It's the same questions/complaints that have been talked about in here over and over again and I don't believe anyone can be this ignorant to there customers.

He either doesn't know the answers or Nordeus know we won't like the answer because very little we do affects match results.
