I remember reading something official from nordeus about arrows, it is posted somewhere on this forum.
It said arrows have to do with the player's position, like an AMC with red arrow would position himself like a ST or a DMC with blue is behaves like a DC...

The arrows are indeed a debated effect, but many of us have noticed when you put a blue arrow on a back player, they suddenly decide to emulate Mats Hummels, and want to try to shoot.

I most often put the red arrows on my wingers, but it is worth playing around with them to see what works for your team.

The team cohesion thing, I think there might be something to that. New guys in my team usually take a few games to settle in.

Strange thing bro, I feel many times a new recruit has good effect on the whole playin of my team (kinda like a new coach for real teams), and I always put new guys (especially guys bought to be first team) right away in the team for the next game, it mostly worked out good so far lol

the GK spot is skipped, so they turn into a makeshift striker, and vice versa for strikers. it holds true for the other positions too

southerners are awesome, lots of nice people, interesting food, and the mediterranean. they tend to mix with other countries quite nicely. i went to some border towns and they were like 'wow youre american' (in a good way) rather than the usual 'je ne parle pas anglai's up north

Glad to hear that my friend ! They usually behave like that. But unfortunatly sometimes they don't behave that good with foreigners ^^ But yeah, no matter what, food there is the best in the world !

According to the team name (lol) the age, the quality and the price I think he's one Nordeus gen player. Somebody confirm ? I may try to buy him... I read here they are really good and have better training than other players. I just hope it's not gonna cost me loads of token !

Edit: Dammit, I missed the beginning of the auction :x Anyway, there are loaaads of people on him, I would have wasted all my token on it!
