Ok you can see below the information of the values, but I think that I found a universal rule, of how the game apply values in fast trainers, (so, it doesnt matter the level)**Correction, that's wrong, day23/01/2014 -

the correct conclusion is;
-Yes, the difference is higher in the first level, and decreases level by level, so, to know well how it works at now I will ask for the players wage/salary, to know, because good trainer in level 1 can have a value x150 tines the wage.

It decreases by level, because there is a max. of money that you can have so, near level 20, the players value are the same at higher levels.
And that's why this game have a limit in the cash per team of a little bit than a Billion, but, there's no limit of level.

We have the SALARY and the VALUE of the player, I am trying to understand how the game applie these values depending of, QUALITY LEVEL, and TRAINING evolution.
Another viewpoit to see in the value, is the effectiveness of one player depending of how is he programmed, I have to see if it's included in the value, but for now the answer is NO. Is a lottery how is programmed the player.

So the rule is; -....for level 12** added 24/01/2014
SALARY = VALUE X10 (or less) = low trainer

SALARY = VALUE X30 = fast trainer.

With the seasons this x30 (or x20, x15, x14) decreases with the age of the player.

examples;
ZUMALAKARREGUI , AGE 19,
SALARY 1,22M - VALUE 36,4
can train 143 in a 30% hard training, maybe this x30 value under the SALARY = he is a pearl, and I can confirm that for now.

How lower is the progress in training, more near is the value of the player to 10 times his salary, or less than 10 times.

Please, now you can put examples to try to understand this system, to know if this is the rule of this game.

I think that this rule can help you easy to know who is good in the training.
Now as i said, I have to know if the value say something of how effective is a player playing in his position, but, I think that, this is programmed by hidden skills/%values like is logic.

Well, time and time ago, I was thinking in to use a group, to add some information of this forum...
I am thinking that, I will save, a list of prices of fast trainers, per level, to have a "referance".
Too I have to save the list of counter formations.
And, a list of, the stadium, levels... prices of entrances per level /usual number of fans... list about the prizes of the amount that we win, if we get the cup....
Now, that I am of vacations, maybe, I will do this work

So, let's talk about the fast trainers that we can buy in the market, and, the value that they have, your personal experience, and the points that they obtain to train.
Let's share a little bit of that, now that the year, and new season starts, and we have new players that, wanna know more about how to obtain the 100% of this fantastic (justtankandallisdone) game.

Not good trainers but here, a referance of good players of AGE/WAGE/VALUE maybe of low stars level, but here I wanna try to show a list to see the effective players at low cost, because I think wage and Value say ho the player work so;

Good wage/value
27- 93k , 3,5k = 3* (14Q) ***players of 3* and age 27 or more with a Value = Wage x30 are in the better level.
if are x20 or less are not good.

GK 27 age-3*- 53k, 1,7k (12Q) excellent GK of 12Q ( Value = Wage x31)
