I need help! I save up enough tokens to b n money to buy but keep getting long term injuries, how do all these other managers you see have hundreds of tokens and the best players without spending money from iTunes. and how do we avoid injuries, thankyou for any help.

In this game noone can avoid injuries. It's all random. You can buy loads of tokens for real money and then buy red packs to heal players.
You must build your health facilities and improve your stadium grass so your players have better chance to avoid injuries
have done all that lol, just bought 5 new players and all injured between 3 to 6 days, aarrggggg, n im not spending money on tokens yet there are managers out there with hundreds so there must be a way to get them
Log in every day? Watch videos etc?

They buy them. Avoid over training, have them at 100% when the matches start, and improve your facilities.

Well as i read the forums, this season has so many injuries... And also add those, who don't use this forum...seems weird...even I got 2 at the first match. In 3 matches 3 injuries.
I guess they want us to spend money on this game I have 5 players injure 3 to 4 days 2 in the same match I already have to sell 1 and there is no videos
