The diference is whend you buy a scout he have high Q and SA, If you buy him near the end of season he Will lose His star and be only a 5* with SA in the season after, and you can get those in the market for less that 50T.
Only buy a scout near the beggining of season, with 22/23 years old and near the 7*, that way he Will be in scout level 3 seasons in a row without any kind of extra training.

Teaching special abilitys for me is a waist of skill points, my fastest trainer was able to gaine 85 SP/season without extra training, that means almost 6 Q levels, If i would teach him a SA he would only grow 2 Q levels, that means 1 less season in team, and they only have maximum training speed 4 years between 18 and 21 years old, after that His speed of training reduces about 50%.

The exception can be If you are tanking or If you have a lot of greens and 18 years old player real fast trainer near the 6*.

Not right. If you buy scout with stats 39/38/39 for example in the beggining, you need 20 skill points to get him to 7* star. Next season he will be at least 6* if not 7*.

Yeah he gains the star back yes but he is still not a scout, but a good player which is what I said.

If you think about it he is not, E.G you buy scout this season he is only a few points short of next star, next season he drops a star if your promoted, but the scout for that level is a star higher than that so if he gains a star back he is still 1 star short of the scout for that level!, your scout you bought is say 6* 49, you level up, he becomes a 5* 49 but the scout on the new level will be a few skill points short of 55! soon to gain another star which your scout you bought cant reach yet!!!, it may only stay a scout if you do not get promoted.

Also not right - if you dont enter the next level the players keep their stars.......
