Friendly or training regime best for gaining skills?

If the player has been injured 4 times in 1 week, it sounds like you use red packs to recover him too quickly. Try letting him recover normally and see what happens. I hardly ever use packs to heal injuries.

wow, really? I thought that red packs just made him heal faster. Why even let us use red packs if it doesn't make them heal properly

I think the reasoning is, they want the managers to use the packs regularly (and therefore probably have to buy more packs). By rushing the player back, they hope to make more money.

Incidently, I use so few red packs, I have currently amassed 97 in storage.

I would wait until after one daily maintenance to use red packs to heal the player completely, and then wait for another daily maintenance before you start playing him again. I have had no problems with recurring injuries like this, but I once had a player injured twice in one day when I recovered him immediately.

what exactly does the daily maintenance do? i thought they were just upgrading servers or something?

Daily maintenance simulates going to the next day of the season, injuries are reduced by a day, morale is updated, etc. They might also log injuries and everything at this time, I think it was Accyrover that I heard this from, but anyway it works for me.

Daily Maintenance = Servers are backing up and storing valuable information should they be a major failure.
