    Friendly or training regime best for gaining skills?

    Which of these two options is the best way to get the best training results (new skill points) ?

    1) Play 1 league game + 1 friendly game .... but no other training (practice match, cardio nor stretch) at all.

    2) Play 1 league game + do training.... but no friendly game


    Basically, what is the best way to get training? should i opt for a friendly or do training (and in that case, should i do all three of them)?

    From training (all 3) you get more then from a friendly game but you don't get boosters.

    Do you know if the fitness/condition loss from all 3 training is more than the fitness/condition loss from a friendly game?

    i really prefer training instead of friendly ... i can chose the condition and how much to train them and each on apart ... don`t want to know about injury that`s more often in friendly !

    Each player has their individual training intensity box, just put the desired players to 2 bars and the players you want to rest to 1 bar

    Red, blue and green packs, and you get a little bit of money from friendlies at home as well.
