I don't play friendlies very often, but when I do, I try to get a mutual agreement with my opponent to use light tackling, to help not to get injuries. I played accyrover last week, and we both set tackling to the lowest. The result? No injuries, but many skill points.

unfortunately for me, it's always the same player that gets injured. 4 times in 1 week now for him.
Worst thing is, he's my best player. My only young 5 star guy (striker too).
Makes me wanna quit playing lol

When you train them hard the condition get lower than 9%( 14-18%) and the morale drop too, then you may have to use blue and green pack ( not even talking about the risk of having to use red pack) . For the difference in % of skill point you get between normal and hard , I am not so sure that setting on hard is very valuable( talking from my standpoint)
oh I see!
what is the difference in training when using hard and when using normal?
