    I find that when I have a big full squad, I get more injuries. For the last 3 seasons I keep a small squad & have little injury worries. Also you need to upgrade your pitch & sprinklers to avoid injuries at home. Cant do much abt rival's pitch

    Btw hard tackling wont injure your players or rival's player
