OMG, even without Nord logic, still 1-2 defeat. His team were playing very fair, hasn't gave me a chance to try set pieces with my GK too...

With one match left until half-season SwatCats can look back on a good season so far. But we can't close our eyes for the inconsistency displayed by the team. Partly perhaps, due to a flurry of injuries, but we've been struggling to find the right players for the managers favored formation. We finally managed to sign a left winger with good stats, and hope he will continue his good record with us. Some of our latest signings have been somehwat underwhelming in their performance, as well as some of our homegrown youngsters who started so promising this season. COnference B is still wide open, thx to AVALANCHE's win over DarkAngels we took the lead back, but it's stil anyone's race for the top 6 teams within 6 points of each other.

In the (T11) Cup it's smooth sailing so far. The fans, encouraged by the apparently weak opponents, are openly speculating of SwatCats first final.

In our domestic Cup however we started badly as we were completely overrun in the 1st home leg by Los Galaxy with 5-2. The 2nd and away leg however saw a different SwatCats, who took the lead in the 1st half. In the 2nd half we decided to go for it and with an all or nothing effort, chances started coming and eventually in the 2-0 fell. For a moment this brought the excitement back with Los Galaxy getting their chances too and scoring 1-2 which would be the endresult. In 2 legs however a deserved win for Los Galaxy. We'll have to be on our best in the next 2 groupmatches.

    Rebaixado wins first league game
In conference B, struggling Rebaixado (0-3-9) played the backmarker Tozy (0-0-12), Tozy had been inactive all season and we already had this game down as a certain 3 points before today. Unexpectedly Tozy logged in and switched his formation from an illegal formation to a legal 3W-5-2 V and with home advantage you would of put Tozy the new favourite to win the match however Rebaixado scored 2 goals from Moreira and Ferriera de Souza and were able to hang on to the win despite Guldager getting a late goal for Tozy.

    League Round 13 News
The good news in conference B is that none of Marvel's accounts were able to win despite him being present at all 3 of his games today, Dark Angels drop to 3rd in the league, While Tomason and Trash are both outside the promotion zone. AVALANCHE's good recent form has seen them rise to 2nd after getting 10 points out of a possible 12 against 4 of the toughest teams in the league.

In conference A, LA Galaxy continues to run away with things at the top and stretches the lead to a massive 8 points. Galatasaray defeated Vera to keep the top 9 places occupied by league members in conference A... And SSS who was a late starter with Gangnam Style is only 1 point adrift of the promotion zone now. Ezio got a 'free win' today against an inactive and is 10 points away from promotion zone but if they start winning games they could become a threat in Conf A to the promotion zone.

A good first half for Los Galaxy, occupying a Champions League spot, and still challenging for the T11 World Cup. The only downside for the Los is that they are 10 points adrift of league leaders LA Galaxy. Los Galaxy climbed as high as 2nd before losing some steam as teams around them got stronger. Highlight of the first half was the first Galaxy derby in which LA edged Los 0-1 at Los Galaxy ground, the winner scored late in the match.

As far as the squad is concerned, the Boss was quick in signing some key players but for one or two positions. Efforts were hampered after some initial disagreement with the Transfer Market Board on some bid eligibility issues which were eventually resolved.

Veteran English striker Ryan Eden, has been a prolific edition to the squad and young striker Norhafiz Ghani would do well to learn from his partner.

The late arrival and the most anticipated transfer was winger Pedro Martinez who immediately stamped his class with 7 goals in 4 league and cup matches.

The Boss is absolutely pleased with both Martinez & Eden and says that the squad will be built around the two.

Exciting times ahead for Los Galaxy in the second half as they continue their challenge for Champions League football next season and an outside chance of league glory. Club ultras, Get Los, are heavily expecting a cup final appearance for the club, which would definitely be a financially rewarding and something for the fans to boast about.

    Detonator Sochi - Half-Season Review
Detonator Sochi completes a half-season in sa very safe style, but still need to be careful. Sitting in 7th with 20 points at the edge of the promotion area couldn't prove to be the safest of all. The signings that really shows an impression as a player would be Pittipong Chaisawat, with a very superb defensive performance. Eden Hazard, Alberto Mathias and Cristiano Papaleo all have a good time, but they are not so frequent scorers. Meanwhile in the RR Cup, the team is currently trying their way to win it.

Detonator Sochi hasn't seems to win many important games at home, but they seems to streaking for a bit at the opponent's ground. They will still need to sign more players on ST, DL/DC, DR/DMR and one more AMC.

Victories aganist other members, and important rivals
Houston Dynamo 1-2 Detonator Sochi (Pro Shield Leg 1, Day 6, Detonator wins on aggregate 3-2)
Ezio FC (CarlTaut) 0-3 Detonator Sochi (League Round 8)
ABBI FC 0-4 Detonator Sochi (League Round 10)
Detonator Sochi 3-2 Pikachu SPFC (Calavicci Cup Matchday 1 Opening Leg, Day 13)
Docar Balap 0-1 Detonator Sochi (League Round 12)

Conference B - Rebaixado FC claims surprise victory
Many people in Arrowana Stadium could have been surprised by a result that could shock the whole world. Rebaixado FC, who enters the match with just winning his first match of the season, and 6 points from 13 games, have put their below-standard performance behind to edge out Red Arrowana 1-0. In the 12', Red Arrowana has their first chance with Angel Patian running through the defense, passes to Sher Faraz where he puts the ball just wide. The goal comes in 26' where Tomas Bogdanavicius clears the ball, the ball goes straight to Gilson Moreira, runs forward through the defense, crosses it to Ferreira Andre to make it 1-0, and a very unexpected results. There are many free kicks in a fair ratio for both teams, but they seems to all blocked at each other. Which means Red Arrowana continues their sub-par form with DDDDL in the league. Yellow Arrowana could happens one day.
