Hey Boys and Girls,

today I thought, I return to the forums because I have a big, yet sad announcement. With the purchase of the new south-korean striker Han (83, 22) we now have 4 strikers in the team, what means the weakest of them gets sold.

This is the legend Benson Shilongo! Now aged 27, the namibian striker came into the team as my first and only scout player 5 seasons ago, rated 64 with 6* and the corner specialist skill, 22 years old. Until now he has played 190 games, scored a ton of goals and got loads of assists. I remember him scoring a hattrick in the CL quarter final 3 seasons ago, which meant that the game ended 3-3 (after the first leg ended 3-3 as well) and it got to extra time, this was absolutely amazing.

I hope he will do well at his next team! He was the best player I have ever had, but I didn't want him to sit on the bench and never get used as a player, who is not rated good enough, he deserves to play!

Did you ever had a legend, who was about 5 seasons in your team (without power training) and did so well? I'm very interested in this.
Yes! We also had a player that did well like Benson Shilongo, But this goes back to the "Classic" days of our club where power training wasn't conducted and my club was just a token farming team, I bought a striker named Alexandre Maccarone with 1v1 ability, He scored 46 goals in his season and followed it up with 40 and 30 the next 2 seasons and went onto score approx. 150 goals in 200 games, Never kept any close eyes on stats those days but he was the one that lit our team up between Level 6-10, Of course losing stars quickly and advancing age soon got the better of Maccarone, In Levels 10-12 we never found that frequent goalscorer like Maccarone and even the strikers we did buy from Mr.Scout in those seasons never really produced anything good.

But your right, It's stories like these players that are always interesting because they are some outstanding power trained footballers here on forum, You can probably name a few yourself like Petersen, Papaleo, Benayoun, Miku, Bobo, Valletta, etc... But we tend to forget or overlook the ones that have very little or never received any power training.
