The Forum use is average 400 on, 40 registered. Many register only so they can see pictures, and then don't post much. I think there are many people always quitting, but that is true any game. Though I agree they need to keep improving if they want players (especially the higher level people!!) to stay. New facilities, less weird results, and handy app same as desktop would make a lot more people happy with the game, but changes seem to take time,. And some, like the commentary, aren't all that appreciated.

I do try to answer when I can be helpful, but as I am just a normal manager I cannot answer everything., The Forum is primarily for managers to discuss the game, not to give tech answers... specific complaints should always to be reported to Nordeus Support to make sure someone at the company sees it. They have helped me when I didn't get T (well before I was Mod for you conspiracy people!) and I did receive the T, from being on here I know some methods take longer to get T, SMS being the most risky since the steps it goes through more companies. I wish they worked more convenient hours though, I mean.. it IS a 24 hour game, right? Just a wish.
I also communicate the popular suggestions regularly to them. As I said, I think changes take time, and maybe I'm more patient.

and about spending money, you really don't have to. Even if you live where there aren't many offers for t, the occasional missed promotion will happen, but you can be pretty competitive and then play a couple good seasons, and skip promotion when you want to strengthen up your Team. It works fairly well, I have a team that plays 35T a season (first few seasons vs. other forumers) that I have a lot of fun with:
