How come does my scout list never change from that generated on day 1? .................................................. ...........

mine is the same thing,only couple changed! do they want to sell them or what ?

Sometimes I don't have a choice except buying an old man from that list because I face an opponent team full of scouts.

The strange thing is that they add another player to that list, but for many of my seasons, whoever that player is, he is worse than half of the others on the list ...
