shot on target should be a shot which gk saved, one of three posts or a goal...
A) A shot on target is 1 that would have produced a goal without the intervention of another player.

Hitting the bar and not going in is not on target as it could not have produced a goal - execept ofc if the reason it didn't go in was due to intervention.
