    Masie Lodge maintained their 1pt lead at the top of the Level 8 League following a tenacious 0-2 victory in the Netherlands this morning. A goal in either half did the job after which the second the manager shut up shop & played defensively on the counter which was enough to ensure victory.

    Easy qualification for the next round of the Cup with our reserve team accounting for the Turkish based League Level 2 outift. I do feel for the lower level teams in the Cup when facing higher level teams. I remember it well!

    Early League game tonight at 8:30pm so will be able to cheer the lads on for a change.

    There are 2 Man Utd's in my Champs League competition, and now I've been drawn against yet another one, in the cup. It's so boring when this happens. Wish people would use some imagination when naming their teams.

    Well... I'm short on midfielders anyway.... and good youngish players are hard to find in my price range....
    Tried to get a young FA earlier in the day and ended up wasting most of my tokens trying to outlast one other
    bidder.... finally had to to drop out... down to only 4 tokens.... so I waited until after maintenance to try again...

    But yeah.... I have a server with only Lvl 1 + 2 managers.... mostly inactive.... so the transfer market is VERY
    hit or miss.....

    After yesterday victory in league against 1st, I am now first one with 1 point more then 2nd and 3rd also today should be really easy, I'm playing against an illegal formation, I hope I will score 5-10.

    Draw for CUP placed me against worthy opponent , so I may win/loose. Game will be excellent. Last year I lost from +15skills weaker opponent so this is real challenge

    Draw for CUP playoffs round sees July Fourth take on Serbian outfit FK SUSEK who currently are mid table in Level 9 and have a team average of 57.6 which in effect is yet another straight forward cup tie for us.
