Don't matter about scout rating issues, what this shows is that based on his position on the field (AMC/AMR) you need to focus much more on Attack and Physical stats because right now that is scout quality stats for his position,

If you really want him to make an impact you need his stats to go above 7* bracket for his position. So therefore you need to raise his skill point on attack and physical over 40+. Next time try look for a scout who is more extreme on one stats balance compared to the other because this guys defence stats are too high relative to his playing position on the field. So I would go for Defence: 30 / Attack: 40 / Physical: 40 or something along those lines..

As for Beckstar, Idk how you manage to get a 7* rated player in your league xD
