Actually, everywhere if goal difference is the same priority is given to the team with less goals conceded. Means my 9-0>10-1. Also, it's Račas not Racos (you can write Racas if you don't have this symbol --> č)

Edit: or are we doing the team with most goals scored (doesn't matter how many conceded)? In that case all is correct
