thanks .. that what i thought too .. this is why i may save my tokens for next season.. am doing well without any scout players facing teams with scouts, am still at top
meanwhile, buying a scout who is 22 yo could be ideal in my current season, bcz he will add those 5 quality within the season anyway
more as there is no quarantines I will have young scouts in that positions next season.. isn't?
