How often is the scout list updated?

I bought a 49 quality DC on the first day of the season but the rest of the list is rubbish!

Last season my scout list was updated about 7-8 times. So far this season it's just been updated a second time this morning but to me it only appears one other player has been added today.
I'm waiting out for a good, young AMR to complement the rest of my squad from the scout list.

It is updated every 5 days or sth like that i think.

I can confirm it updates every 5 days, 5 times in total every season.

It updated for me this morning and we're not yet 5 days into the season.

It's something like 8 times the scout list is refreshed during a season, I think maybe we need to write down the day numbers that these refreshes occur.

Well obviously it refreshes on the first day of the season, and it refreshed after maintenance this morning. But we are only on day 3 of the season!

I just want a decent 22yo DMC to show up XD

there goes my theory, it also refreshed for me, maybe it s a lvl thing and not standard for all lvls, I counted the times last season, they were 5 for me!

They told me 8 times per week so thats mean, every 3,4 days.

Anyway I don't know whats wrong this season with scouters, everyone is complaining, nothing good so far...

Odd! I wonder if its just a set amount of days apart and it just auto refreshes on day one of the season, but the set date still refreshes the list. Would explain why it happened on day 3 of this season and maybe it just fell so that it only refreshed 5 times last season.
