Definitely not dependent upon Morale and Condition...
What I have seen is : If condition is between 83-90 a players generally gets good skill progress but if the condition is maxed say 97-99 the gain in training is less.......

My third teams Academy player is consistent 110-120ish. The market generated fast trainer I accidently bought when trying to win the Cup last season and who often gets 120+ just got 83. XD
Train him couple of more times and see that he gets injured or not......

WHAT? Increased condition leads to lower training speed? :\ Are you serious or just messing with the newbie?
Is 83-90 condition optimum for training? Does this also apply to games?

Starting a game with condition between 83-90 would be too risky. I find it perfect to be 90-95 but never full or like 98.

No I am not messing with you bro......

I am saying this based upon my experience... I find condition between 83-90 optimum for training...

But yeah for matches I will like to go in with 95+ condition...

Not training my main team striker to injury, I will count injury rate on th 3rd team tho.

Had already been logging training results for main side striker because of the lower than expected results....not staggering differences yet, 25% range so far, but I'm not sure how that compares with normal as I don't usually bother training like this; I'm lvl 4 .

PS. This is a 38Q player (although he'll be 39 once those 3 are applied,

Lower condition means a more tired player and decreased performance. This makes sense and I also assume it is true, but have you actually observed it?

I meant put up a screenshot like this, just so I can understand how far your player is in training
    Training Speed...-currie.jpg
This guy is a fast training Academy player and was on 140-150 on hard practice match. He dropped down to 90-100 7 SP's ago, when his rating took him to 6* even though it's not applied and he's still 5*.

4* 35Q fast trainer (bought end last year) who recently regained star.....S Mair. (Other is Academy trainer for comparison.)

Bottom pair is results before a match top 2 are after a match. S. Mair's point gain swings wildly up and down.
