If you have a VERY fast trainer without special ability (+115 per match or hard training) and he's good, the first thing to do is to train the best special ability. Because players will train slower as soon as they go one level up, so you gotta squeeze all those quickly earned skill points in the best way possible.

1 vs 1 of my GK Lehmann works excellent.. but he had the ability when I bought him
In 20 seasons I just trained an ability this season, to a DR, ...the defensive wall, that for me is the better SA... the player have age 18 and 4* 89Quality, so he train so fast, the only problem is that he had an injurie... but I'm tanking so I have time :3
