    I got the sense the power training is meant for younger player.
    I put 3 bar for 26 y/0 and he out for 18 days with broken legs.
    Is it true that injury tend to happen in training for older player?

    Trying to PT a 26YO is like well! .......... pissing in the wind ..... there's only one out come ........ wet feet ...... wear wellies or turn round.

    There is a way not to get wet feet though. Put plastic bags of your feet.

    Hi all,

    I'm fairly new to Top Eleven, having just signed up a few days ago. However i have won all my games so far, quite convincingly running with a 4-5-1VStyle.

    Can someone help me as regards to this power training your all talking about? I am a NEWBIE so remember to keep it simple

    how many restpacks do I need for 75 skill points???

    Depends on how fast your player trains and what star he is... Can range from 175-300.

    75 skill points will be around 120(my 20y/o). Since yours is 18 y/o you can spend less than 110.

    50-60

    75 skill points will be around 120(my 20y/o). Since yours is 18 y/o you can spend less than 110.
    It's 175-300 for me as I power train 7* players up to 8* and 9*... Last season, I was stronger than most level 6 teams and even beat one home and away in the cup.
