I guess thats the only exception to not Power Training 5* players when your at the top level of the server can't buy any 5* players because there isnt any on the transfer list, but If I was in your situation, I'd be getting in some scout players close to 7*.

Scout list doesn't look good. I have 3 that are 2 quality away from 7* but they are all 25+
The rest is 3 - 4 quality away from 7*. I have 1 23y/o 4 24y/o and getting older. The younger ones are the positions I didn't need to improve.

Yours sounds a mirror image of mine.
Two seasons now I have been waiting for a AML/ML and a DML/ML not a sniff, switch to the right side and DMR/DMC there are currently three not to mention a 25yo AMR/MR/DMR.
Not one single DL/DC, DL/DML, DR/DC, DR/DMR or AMR/MR
The quality is also terrible they even had the cheek to put a 29yo AMR/AMC/AML with 49.4-51.4-50.6 on the other day.
Given up totally on the auctions and negotiations as it also seems many other have.
The big token spenders who are usually active on my server have hardly been seen this season, It's furkin garbage, no offence to garbage by the way.
