I used to have 22 players but I think it is not worth it. The amount of injuries is definitely bigger (many times 3-4 players injured at the same time), players get demoralized more often, and many times I just want to use the same guys so they get better and better and I don't need to worry about training and so on.

I think the best is 15 (if 2 competition) or 18 players (if 1 competition). If there is a key player which is injured I heal him or I change to a different formation (if ML/MC/MC/MR and ML gets injured, I switched to MC/MC/AML/AMC), if one player is tired and I want to maintain him in the next match, green pack.
