Look tomex23, never do power training until you find out how good that player will play as 5 star... If he gets ratings 5 or 6, don't waste your time and money, 'cause the best players perform good even with few stars only... and if you find any youngster that performs good, his training range for stretching in normal training must be at least 15-25% as 5-star (30-50% for had training stretching as 5-star)
