I'm playing with 4-4-2, 2 R/L wings, 1 AMC & 1 DMC.
Arrows: both strikers forward, both wings forward & both DC backward! I guess it's much, right?
Morals/Condition r very good/over 50.

the strikers dont need to have forward arrows neither the defenders.. the wings are optional and depends on enemies formation
the formation is ok though... you should also check counter formation depending on enemy for better results.. check tutorials and guides section
