i just played a team full of scouts and world class players while i`m only 5 star team in the 1/4 final 1st leg of Champs league with me at home, they played 4-3n-1-2 so for the time ever trying to keep scoreline down as they won 9-2 on agg in last round i went 3n-2dcm-4-1 and i won 3-1 in the first leg

Rugby's Better picked up a useful 3-1 win in the home leg of the CL quarter-finals. Unfortunately the team suffered 3 injuries, all caused by fouls. The manager is contemplating buying a voodoo doll & naming it after all the oppo's player, and consoling himself that the guy was in our league 2 seasons ago and RB thrashed him twice there. 18 injuries in 19 days this season - at least they've mostly been on the less severe end of the spectrum. In the CL it's 9 matches, 9 injuries.

Rugby's Better won again in the league today to stay top, despite having 2 losses this season to the team in 2nd - he is playing a 3N-2N (MC)-3W(AM)-2ST formation which RB have failed to break down, but which seems vulnerable on the counter.

It's been a while since our last team update, sadly the manager's inability to attend (mutter mutter no mobile signal while at the Barbarians vs Australia rugby match at Twickenham mutter mutter) the 2nd leg of the Cup contributed to a 4-1 loss at home, which meant going out on away goals (we won 3-0 away), with the entire defence rating a 5 or less for the match.

July Fourth's 60 league match unbeaten run spanning across the last 3 seasons (From Matchday 9, Season 57) has come to an end with a 4-2 loss away at Milo Academy, This gives patuska a little hope with being 9 points behind us but with a game in hand to play later this evening... But even still in the current situation in the league you would expect July Fourth to get the job done.

well tough today with champion league that i won 3-1 see post a few above and then played 2nd away and i`m 3rd bottom but managed a 1-1 drew, what got me there striker with only shot i saw him have got MOM instead of my GK who was saving left right and center and to fair if not for GK i would been roasted by 6/7 goals

Well, I've been very inactive and have not posted in here for quite a while. I'm currently Level 5 in my 5th season. Here's the rundown on this season so far:

    League:
Currently, Academy FC (41.0*) is in 3rd place. They are 3 points behind first (42.6*), 2 points behind second (41.8*) (though our goal differential is less than both teams) and are 3 points ahead of 4th (41.9*) and 5th (42.3*) (with a better goal differential than both). My next three league games are against 5th, 2nd, and 4th . . . tough run.

    Champion's League:
Acadmey FC have progressed to the Quarter Finals, and tied the first leg (away) 1:1. There is only one team left in CL who has a higher rating than my squad, and they happen to be the team I would face in the next round. So, IF I advance from the Quarters, the Semis should be more difficult than the final.

    Cup:
Academy FC has advanced to the Cup Semi-Finals. Their upcoming opponent is K.F. Prishtina (41.9*, LVL 6). The other matchup contains two more LVL 6 squads, with ratings of 41.2* and 40.2*. It seems that if I can beat my current opponent, I will have a good chance at taking the Cup.

So, it looks like AFC is in a good position to potential do a double this season. I'm (obviously) hoping for the treble, but league matches have hard and it's tough to find wins against teams in the top 5.

2nd and 3d lost today so things starting to look quiet OK now. Cl first leg 0:2 away, should be my semi final ticket. Cup semis already reached, let's keep the treble alive
