Not Respected Rules of League's Ranking

Good morning everybody. I'm new of this forum and would like to ask information about the classification rules of the league.
In the last season, which ended two days ago, I finished in fourth place tied for points, goal difference, goals scored with my opponent. For rules that are in the "Rules and Prizes" is written that in the event of a situation like this would have to play a match for declaring the final positions. Instead it was not disputed any playoff game, and I was assigned directly to the fifth position. I state that I defeated my opponent in both games played in the league and the final classification was the following:
4th Opponent 16(W) 2(D) 9(L) 50(GS) 33(GA) +17(+/-) 47(Pts)
5th Me 14(W) 5(D) 7(L) 50(GS) 33(GA) +17(+/-) 47(Pts)

It was the away goal rule I guess. You ranked below because you scored less goals as the away team but had more home goals instead.
If the home and away goal was the same too, there should be a match although I never saw one happening.

That rule of the game is another lye of Nordeus, no one in this forum ever watch that happened.

My guess for him being at 4th place is having one more win in LEAGUE that yourself, since you won both matchs against him.

But nobody understand Nordeus Logic.

If i`m not mistaken with actual premiership rules if all is level then it goes to the team that has most wins if same wins then it goes too head to head but if that is the same then there will be a 1 game play-off

Tie-breaking rules
1. Number of points
2. Higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the teams in question
3. Superior goal difference from the group matches played among the teams in question
4. Higher number of goals scored in the group matches played among the teams in question
5. Higher number of goals scored away from home in the group matches played among the teams in question
6. If, after applying criteria 2) to 5) to several teams, two teams still have an equal ranking, criteria 2) to 5) are reapplied exclusively to the matches between the two teams in question to determine their final rankings. If this procedure does not lead to a decision, criteria 7) and 8) apply
7. Superior goal difference from all group matches played
8. Higher number of goals scored from all group matches played


Since 1~4 were cleared and you have won the criteria number 6 if your claim was true, it must be #5(away goal rule) that counted. If both of you tied in #5 (same number of goals scored in home and away), #6 would be in place and you shoud rank above him...

Thanks for the reply. However, in the rules of the league, are not mentioned goals at home and away... and I was surprised that they have not followed the rules written on the page. If the rules are different, just write clearly and there is no problem. That you can think badly, cause my opponent had surely spent some money to buy some players while I've never bought any token.

I had already read these rules but should be valid only for the Champion's League (Champions League rankings - Top Eleven be a Football Manager). In fact, the page Top Eleven Wiki (Competition - Top Eleven Official Wiki) does not say that they are also valid for the league.

This is so strange that they remember to write tie-breaking rules for CL but not league.

Slightly out of this topic, how can you check the league standings and statistics of previous season?

As far as i know about this game.. I don't think there is any way to check stats and standings of previous season.. only current season and all time stats are available.. though the all time stats are also messed up now
Even i want my previous season's final league standings..

As Eagle talked about changes about final league standings of last season, I wonder if he/she notice the details after new season had already started.
