    training after a match

players get a training-bonus after they played a match already this day, right?

do they get also the bonus if they played friendlies. do they get more bonus if they played 2 matches. does it matter if they played 10minutes or 90 minutes?

Yes, a young good trainer 5* gets about +100 in training "practice", hard (3 bars). After a match gets +120 and after a friendly gets half.
The raise depending from participation. Those numbers are for 90" min. If a player plays a half get the half. If he plays 10' min (as a sub) gets nothing.

A player only needs 20 minutes pitch time to get a result form.

Against greater odds (for example playing against a higher quality team) your players will tire faster therefore gaining more progress in one match, how much progress gained is directly related to the amount of condition lost.

wrong , progress has nothing to do with the difficulty of the game or the oppo. Every player has a range in gaining. Unfortunately this is big. A good trainer 5* can gain from a match between 80-90 till 150-160. The amount is random. The only thing can give extra gaining it's extra time in Cup or Ch.League knock out rounds.

This is training and game range for age 18-21 talented players, 1-6 stars... Try to fit in your youngsters to any of these patterns and see how fast they can train...

Players require 20 minutes on the pitch before they get match rated (as highlighted above). I'm guessing they would need that much time to MAYBE earn some skill %.

SP progress has nothing to do with opponent quality. As far as I know there is no relation between condition lost and SP earned. It has to do with how well your player performs i.e. Match Rating. Players who are MOM earn more.

They earn skill even if they play few minutes... it has nothing to do with rating...

You totally missed my point. It may be hard to notice, but if you are against an opponent 3 or more stars higher than you in a competitive match, you can lose more than 40% condition in a 90min game, something won't happen if you are playing against similar quality team.

The same effect works either way: If your team play a match against lower quality opponent you will lose less condition (and therefore less progress) in one match.

Friendly matchs cost much less condition compared to competitive match but the effect is still quite noticable.

I think the condition cost is directly related to the fitness stat of a player. If you focus stats on physical and mental on one the player will generally lose less condition per match compared to his peers. A more active player (frequently showing plays) will lose condition faster, for the most part it's quite random. A player getting bad form usually don't lose much condition in matchs.

It doesn't matter how much condition is lost in a match if you are going to train your players anyway.
