    New Players: Negative team affect

This question might seem a bit strange but on TOP ELEVEN (dont need stories or comparisons to real life) if you sign a few players into your squad does it take a while for them to settle in? Is this an intended feature?

Whenever I sign two or 3 players (even after improving morale to full) my team seems to perform quite poorly for a fair few games.

    Anyone else notice this?

the same problem with my brother .. but not with me
maybe (not sure) new players need more time to play well with the new team

    no, dont need time.

just new players make play worst the players that are near.

You have to try to prove different positions for the new players and prove in friendlies how it goes...

    Yes it happens a lot.

Everytime I buy a player because of a red card, the team performs extremely poorly with the new player.

I am usually not hurry to use new players. I tend to play them in friendly matches and as substitute first.

The motivation of a newly acquired player is random, although players from academy usually have high motivation when signed directly.

I will try to sub out a freshman during half time. Only if he performed well (7 or higher form) I'll put him on the starting lineup.

Starting with new players for important match is a pretty big gamble. Sometimes they will perform excellent but sometimes they will get 5 or under which cost you many goals conceded or chance missed.
