You don't need to spend any greens, you already have 57 saved skillpoints that should be enough to take him to Q59.

How can you be sure about it ? Do you have any experience about this ?
I can say that I rather agree with you (ok 80%). It's like the nationality of the player, his favourit foot or the weight.
I believe that those characteristics are probably a part of random char.generator. Of course there are some parameters like the height and the position. My taller players are GK,DC and ST while the shorter are AMR-D-L. This hasn't anything to do with the performance. My AMR and AML are short but super players.
But it's this time that I must choose so that's why I 'm a little more sceptic about it.

So No1 day race results (after giving all the skill points to them- Didi, the tall is 68q and Gerson, the short is 70q).
Won my first leg in CH.L., 0-3 out.

Day 2 and the race is on fire.

Then, the game of the day, a league game. I won 4-0 and my players, Didi the tall and Gerson the short, wanted to prove that they deserve a position in my team for the next season. Didi scored 2 goals and Gerson 1.

Man of the match, my ST Zico who was invisible in the game except two passes to his team mates (but they failed to score) that's why I decided to sub him.

day 3, started with my second semi final in Champions League. Both players didn't do much but Didi the tall got a 7.


A friend set a friendly against my team. I didn't watch it. Gerson the short, scored 3 times but got only 7 - same as Didi
I think the program isn't fair to Gerson.
