Nordgens is now used for all fast-growth players. It isn't important from where they come, only important is that they have good skill progress.
Man, you're the first guy I've seen equating Nordeus generated players with fast trainers.

Nordgens come from nonexistent teams to fill in auction lists and they are not always fast trainers and not always young.

Academy players on the other hand are always young while training speed varies a lot... From 30% to 160%.
