EDIT:
I create the EAST conferance for now. My idea is to do groups of 7 to try to have every season 7 teams promoted and no one been 10th or so.... I prefeer all teams in same level (or this idea in the max. sense) so for now new teams will go to EAST CONFERANCE.

Depending of the situation I will divide East teams between North-South... or will do 3 leagues of 6 Teams.
I think that we have 3 options to do leagues with real targets for the teams:
1/
5-6-7 team assure a fight in the top every season, and no one doing something like a tanking, staying one month just in middle table...
2/
we can have 10 teams and 10 teams, and the 6 that don't promote next season are in same group, then they have real options to fight and compete staying in the Top during all season, with more options for everyone like in 1st case, with 6 teams per league.

or 3/
we can try to do leagues of 14, but you know that I try to analyze situation looking the people, and we know that some players are more sensible than others, and don't like to stay in the group of 7 teams that don't promote....
thats why I don't like a lot starting with a group of 14... or do it just in 2nd season lol
