O.M.A. Masters League IInd Edition -server 57-

Wellcome managers!
The next season we will start again, and this time for 3-4 seasons, a new edition of the OMA Masters League.
We will divide the managers in 3 groups, and will play with the same rules that we had initially, maybe adding some changes, but the idea and spirit is the same:
-35T allowed to waste in all the season (+20T saved from old team or, the 20T we have when we create team)
-2 transfer windows days 1 to 7 and 16 to 20 + the last day of the season full included.
-Free agents allowed to buy during all season.
-Days 1 to 15 no 6* players allowed in the matches. Day 16 till season finish, 2 players of 6* can be used during the LEAGUE matches. (Cup-CL always)
We can have during all the season a max. of 5 players of 6*, and if one of the 2 under the field is injuried we can change a 6* for another, to keep the max of 2

-Bidding rule, we can not bid in same player in what OMA member did offer. Please, to assure others know you are going to bid for a player put the Token with time.
-Fair play/respect, is against the rules support against other OMA members, or attack personally other players of the group, using vulgar language. Let's try to don't provoke please.

Who do takeover:
-can bring all boosters, as you know screenshoot have to be posted when you have the L1 team in the FB OMA page.
-Allowed:
-30 reds to heal 2 League long term injuries of 15 treatments everyone. (we have to notify in the chat2)
-30 greens that can be wasted only BEFORE friendlies or Cup matches.
-blues... 100k.

Probably days 15 to 17 or so we will do a competition that will be played with friendlies, between the top 4 teams probably.

As a suggestion probably we will play a Friendly Tournament, probably between the days that we don't play Cup, between QF and semifinals there are some days without T11 Cup matches.


INSTRUCTIONS:

1-New FB accounts, don't start playing Top Eleven untill you recive a gift from a member that is in OUR server, the server 57. Then, accepting the gift you will create a team inside this server.
-Add as friends in the FB account, the managers that will play in your same League group, before day 3 of the season.
No other players.
-If you do that right (and all goes right) day 3, the game will create the League groups and your team, will stay with your facebook friends teams.

2-Via Takeover (from level 4-5 1st edition of OMA) do the takeover before day 3, and as I've mentioned, just keep as friends the members that have to stay in your group.

My team, Nik Targaryen, has quality 32,6 4*, very low value and average age 30,1 y.o.
It's because we can buy players by some rules of O.M.A. (the first one is not buying T, not farming extra sources).
Well, with those grandpas (it's players that nobody else wanted to buy) , I wouldn't believed that I had these positions so far.

EDIT:
I create the EAST conferance for now. My idea is to do groups of 7 to try to have every season 7 teams promoted and no one been 10th or so.... I prefeer all teams in same level (or this idea in the max. sense) so for now new teams will go to EAST CONFERANCE.

Depending of the situation I will divide East teams between North-South... or will do 3 leagues of 6 Teams.
I think that we have 3 options to do leagues with real targets for the teams:
1/
5-6-7 team assure a fight in the top every season, and no one doing something like a tanking, staying one month just in middle table...
2/
we can have 10 teams and 10 teams, and the 6 that don't promote next season are in same group, then they have real options to fight and compete staying in the Top during all season, with more options for everyone like in 1st case, with 6 teams per league.

or 3/
we can try to do leagues of 14, but you know that I try to analyze situation looking the people, and we know that some players are more sensible than others, and don't like to stay in the group of 7 teams that don't promote....
thats why I don't like a lot starting with a group of 14... or do it just in 2nd season lol

There gonna be battles between OMA managers in CH.L. of level 4 but I believe that one of us will be in the final and we gonna support him.
