@t11
We both had attending science studying and you know that the basis of science is
Experiment > observation > conclusion - multiplying this > theory.
So, adding to the questions of my friend @ElPocho , some more as
-What is the right way to sign sp to abilities
-Is a special ability useful ?
-What is better, to give 50 sp for a special ability (for example corner specialist) or to give them to the attack skills of the player ?
-What is better, to give 50 sp to add an extra position or to give them to the quality of a player that can play out of position (example, a MR > AMR with a -2% penalty)
-How the arrows are working ? (e.g. what’s the difference between a MR with a red arrow and a AMR)
-How the win bonus is working ?
-How the injuries thing is working ?
I ‘ve read many posts about these things, I asked questions, but the only answers I read was starting with the expressions “I believe”, “I use to”, “I think” .
So, why so many experience players of the game don’t have any strong evidence or examples how those things are working ?
I can think two scenarios
-Most of those things are for the fan part ( or to look like a football simulation) or to give challenges to the players of the game.
-Those things have a very small effect in the process of the game. The game itself has a remarkable random effect in the process of a match, so we cannot figure out if and how those things affecting it.
e.g. maybe we have a player with a free-kick special ability (and I ‘m talking about a player that had this ability direct from the program- a scout/list or a nordgen) . Lets say that this sa gives him a +3% , but,
considering the quality of the player, the attacking skill of the player, the quality of the defender, the defending skill of the def., the form of the attacker, the form of the def., the morale and condition, if the player is tired from training or another match, if there is a win bonus, if someone of the managers is watching or not the game and the roll dice of the game
it’s impossible to have any solid conclusion.
