youth academy doesn't suck

I've now had two lots of players from my youth academy. I'd have had more if I hadn't screwed up by building at the wrong times. I signed all 4. The 2* were crap and were sold, the 2nd one after 1 friendly and 1 training session. He brought in 500k, money worth having. The 4*s were both in positions I needed, fast trainers and high values. The last one looks like a real gem.

i think the more tokens you need to pay, the more high value the 4 star player is. so far, the max i see is 24 tokens. so probably, these are expensive for their quality, and are fast trainers.

i`m asking what if
i bid for a player from negotiation and in the next 2 hours is saw it scout already , if the player accept my offer it will made the transfer ?(until now none of them accept any transfer )

if this is possible so the upper lvl can p.train for me a player bid for him and use the skill points before to accept the offer !
who have an idea about this ?

what does this mean? where can i see if a players quality ends wit ha 4 or 9 and why are these players better?

When you move your mouse pointer over the stars it tells you a players quality in brackets...

Eg. Excellent (44) which means the player is not far away from gaining the next star, so players that are close to the next star and young are sought after on the transfer market.

well it sucked for me today two useless player not good enough gk 3* 38 rating cost 12 tokens ( adios free ) i have two 19yr olds gk 4* can be 5 if added skill and a 5* and the other 1* dmc/dcr rating 29 and no tokens so signed and train to sell at start of new season only prob he was slow trainer so put on transfer list his value 1.17 mil and sold for 1.5mil

i think it is not possible because when i auto assign skill points for all my players, the skill points for players with nego offer are unassigned. you cannot also assign it manually unless you reject the offer.

it wont happen because you can't assign skill points on a player on auction or with pending negotiation offers
