Actually Scouts are fast trainers, but their learning curve has halved because they are 22+ and they seem slower because they already are scouts 6-stars wich will reduce training curve for all players.
yes, I agree to that.
When I 'm saying they are not fast trainers, I mean that they cannot gain much (like a +1 sp like the early 6* nordgens) so it's not worthy to feed them with greens and power train them (considering the risk of an injury and the lack of red and greens as I guess that most managers don't have).
