    Scout not good.

I bought a scout at the beginning of the season a young player not too slow trainer but so far he doesn't perform well already got injured and its a winger just not good, what should I do bench him for half of season.

it's ok if it's just injury. remember that one good player is not going to make a lot of difference in your team, especially if your players are weak. if you have a 6 star player and the rest of the squad is 1 or 2 stars, dont expect to win every match. you should have bought a bunch of 4 stars instead of one 6 star player. P.S: use the red packs to let him recover from injury

When I buy a scout/list player, I don't train him much because those players are medium trainers (even if they are from the younger ones).
Scouts are over 21 and their 6* doesn't help in training, so I train them just 1-2 times/day, in 2 bars and if they are good rested (not using greens on them).
With a lot of training, the chance of injury getting bigger, if use reds on him it's very possible to get injured again and a scout is too precious to stay out of the games. Also, because of his high q, many times he 's earning mom (man of the match) so that gives him extra gaining.
His high abilities make him a first choice to use him in free kicks and corners, so if he performs well (specially if he is M or ST and have good attack abilities) he also can have good rates.
If yours has a double position (AMC/AMR or AML/AMC) try to test him in both positions.
Also, set the formation of your team, based on him. For example if he is AML, play with left flank.
Most of the scouts I had was descent-good players.
    Of course don't expect 9s - a 7 for MC it's good and 7-8 and some 9s are also good for AM-ST.

Actually Scouts are fast trainers, but their learning curve has halved because they are 22+ and they seem slower because they already are scouts 6-stars wich will reduce training curve for all players.

    yes, I agree to that.
When I 'm saying they are not fast trainers, I mean that they cannot gain much (like a +1 sp like the early 6* nordgens) so it's not worthy to feed them with greens and power train them (considering the risk of an injury and the lack of red and greens as I guess that most managers don't have).

For multi position player (more than 1 available slot) try another slot.

If your player only plays one single position, try to play 3 games using attacking, normal and defensive mentality and see which he done best.
The highest quality player or captain of the team is very sensitive to team mentality, try to use one he like most and stick with it until his form go stable 7 or above continously.

Yes I have had the dud Scout myself, they do happen. But as above said try different things before giving up on him, especially FK or Corners.
If it is under 5 days injury I usually heal leaving 1 day and let him sit out a match when injury gone. If longer of course you will want to heal him but try to ease him back into playing, maybe use him as a late sub.

If you can, try to play him in some friendlies to determine where his strengths are.
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

So thank u all, my team are quite good always try to have fast trainers and 5* to became scouts most of them are with good ratings when they start to get 6 ratings I replace with next available, this scout plays ml/ aml and CK specialist, but he's ratings are 6 to 7 all the time, I heel him with red packs it was only 3 days, I bought this player because my last season my weaknesses in the end was my left side so I wanted to get in the cup strong at the beginning but already came out as my team just perform well after 3 first games.

Form doesn't choose quallity. Any player can be in bad or good form. It makes great difference in the match.
