injuries and the realistic/fantasy cause
I am still very pissed at the injury system.
i have been keeping track of the past 2 seasons worth of injuries for my 5 accounts.
What gets me is the stupidity behind their classification and the fact that they dont change the system to reflect reality.
I will post my stats in a future post when I get more info, but what ticked me off today what this:
While stretching, normal, not hard, I got a 4 day injury of Dislocated shoulder. Wait, WHAT? I dislocated a shoulder while stretching. yes. dislocated. I was trying to get that jar of peanut butter from the top shelf and could not quite reach it, and thought, hell, just go for it and BOOOM! my arm flew out of my shoulder socket. amazing. and it hurt like a bitch.
another one: Broken Foot from normal Cardio, 6 days. First, what broken foot heals in 6 weeks enough for you to play. (6 days = 6 weeks according to Nordeus). Second, what did I step on that broke my foot while doing CARDIO? LEGO? the TV clicker? a BOMB? seriously.
I wont even mention the Broken leg while doing HARD CARDIO....17 days! uh, ok, so I did mention it...sue me.
another broken foot doing Cardio, normal, and that was 8 days.
oh yea, get this. Hard Stretching = Broken Foot = 8 days.
Sure, I get the ones with stretching = back pain = 2 days or normal cardio = ankle strain = 2 days
or even hard cardio = knee cartilage tear = 5 days. ok, I can accept that as it makes logical sense.
But is it so hard to reclassify or reorganize their programming to reflect the reality in injuries and what causes them?
Stretching is NEVER going to break your foot. Well, almost never. I might stretch my leg and someone drops a piano on my foot. That I can understand, but they dont say that.
Cardio should NEVER break my leg...unless I have serious bone calcium issues and then the team doctor would normally limit my cardio (and my career to playing football on FIFA 2015)
Nordeus advertises for people to help translate T11, but do they ask for help with making injury explanations more realistic?
